To schedule a session We require that you
do the following:
Go to the application link below, open the
application .doc fill it out and return it,
or cut and paste it into an email to us.
Upon receit of your completed form we will
choose a date and time which works for us
both. You will then be sent a phone number
to call Us at so We may confirm the date
and time and provide further information
and instructions. When you call it must be
from an identifiable phone number as we do not answer "unidentified"
or "out of area" calls. You should
be prepared to be interviewed in brief and
answer freely as to what activities a possible
session might include. No sessions will be
scheduled without this call or without following
this process
In addition to regular sessions Mistress
Kay will accept Serious tv's and cd's interested
in possibly living as a woman for consultation,
advice, help and hints.
We suggest that you read again the info on

pages prior to requesting an application.
